Terms and Conditions

 1. When you place an order
Once you have placed an order for System Standex A/S Webshop, our system will automatically send an confirmation email. The invoice will be sent to you by email after the order has been sent - and not sent with the goods.

 2. Cancellation of Orders
Orders that have not been delivered by System Standex A/S Webshop can be canceled by contacting the office immediately, telephone +45 66 15 66 15. This does not apply to already printed or custom made products.

 3. Prices All prices are in Euro.
Goods that are delivered outside of Denmark are without VAT. Goods that are to be sent directly to an address in Denmark, for example, are charged plus 25% Danish VAT. We reserve the right to price and correction errors, as well as any customs duties, etc.

 4. Payment
An electronic invoice will be sent by email. Please provide a suitable email address.

 5. Freight and Delivery
The delivery time is about 3-5 working days for products without graphics. Small packages are shipped with TNT - economy. Pallets are shipped with a carrier of our choice. Shipping costs are charged 1:1 on the invoice. If you want to have the goods picked up by your own forwarding agent, please inform us in advance. Shipping dimensions and weight will be sent by email after the goods have been packed.

6. Return
If you want to return the order, you can - after prior agreement - send the goods back System Standex A/S Herluf Trolles Vej 140 5220 Odense SØ Denmark If the goods are faultless, we will credit the product minus 10% return costs. Possibly Graphics or custom made products are non-returnable/creditable.

 7. Guarantee
In accordance with the Danish rules, we give a 12 month guarantee on all products (excluding graphics). If you discover a defect on an item, you must call us as soon as possible and within 8 days and describe the fault. Possibly with the sending of photos. We will then handle your complaint and contact you to rectify the defect.

 8. Reservations and Disclaimer
System Standex A/S accepts no responsibility for any tax changes, price and correction errors, technical errors, stock outs and eventual force majeure, including delayed deliveries from sub-suppliers.
